Vendor Management Intern

job specifics

  • Research potential vendors in our current markets of Tucson, Phoenix and Salt Lake City.

  • Use our project management tool to manage vendor on-boarding.

  • Communicate via video call or email with potential vendors.

  • Monthly team meetings with CEO and Vendor Management Lead.

  • You will report directly to our CEO but will work in tandem with our current Vendor Management Lead.

  • Opportunities for learning in other areas of the business may be available dependent upon work ethic and your interests — we love placing people where they want to be if possible!

  • There will be opportunities for intern to hire. If you work hard, we will bring you on board as an official contractor!


  • 5 hours available per week to dedicate to tasks

  • Must have access to Internet and email for efficient communication

  • Be available once a month for an intern phone call

  • A hard worker and ability to learn quickly

  • A proactive thinker who can innovate and provide solutions to enhance business

  • No experience necessary — you will be trained for the necessary skills!
