Event Research Assistant

job specifics

  • Research event specifics for the designs we create.

  • Use our project management tool to manage research projects.

  • Communicate via video call or email with potential partners or people providing a quote.

  • Monthly team meetings with CEO.

  • You will report directly to our CEO but will work in tandem with our Event Design Team.

  • Opportunities for learning in other areas of the business may be available dependent upon work ethic and your interests — we love placing people where they want to be if possible!


  • 3-5 hours available per week to dedicate to tasks

  • Must have access to Internet and email for efficient communication

  • Be available once a month for an a team phone call

  • A hard worker and ability to learn quickly

  • A proactive thinker who can innovate and provide solutions to enhance business

  • No experience necessary — you will be trained for the necessary skills!

  • Open to all applicants in following markets: Tucson, Phoenix, Salt Lake, Austin or Nashville.
