About the Chef

Chef Evan has been passionate about food from a young age, starting his professional career at 14 working as a pizzaiolo in Milwaukee, WI.

After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ, which landed him a position as a sous chef at the American Club Resort in

Kohler, WI, at the age of 19.With a passion for French cuisine, Chef Evan moved to Aspen, CO, as the executive chef at the Hotel Jerome. There he studied and worked alongside a list of world-class chefs, including Rick Moonen, Gabriel Kreutzer, David Chang and Masaharu Morimoto. Chef Evan has since been the executive chef at Le Rouge French Bistro and Main and Sky in Park City.

While his passion still remains in French cuisine, Chef Evan loves cooking all types of cuisine -- from the spice of India to the tang of the Greek seaside.

With his enjoyable personality, Chef Evan deconstructs the mystery behind cooking and presents it in an easy-to-follow and approachable way.
